Self-belief gets young people to apply for jobs, and good writing skills gets them through the door to
the interview. Communication and confidence get them the job, and good attitude and character will keep them employed. Continuous mentorship, peer learning and support networks will make them rise to the top.

Innovation, Business Incubation & Startup
Running small business provides a unique opportunity to the young people to acquire hands-on experiences in micro-enterprise management. This ignites their entrepreneurial skills and also increases survival of their businesses. Access to coaching and funding spurs business growth and increases income.

We've partnered with Betterworks, the global leader in goals, coaching, and feedback enterprise software to usher in a new era of data-driven empowerment. Every person in the CEDA ecosystem (both staff and beneficiaries) receive an account in the platform to provide frequent updates on OKRs (objectives and key results). This allows us to efficiently monitor beneficiary engagement and progress, and take action on at-risk objectives. This gives us the real-time data we need to quickly identify and take action on avoidable beneficiary disengagement and increase success.
Local Coaches Have The Direct Visibility And Actionability Needed
Local coaches can oversee a large geographic region, providing continuous support and encouragement in minutes. Where extra broader support may be needed, escalation and resolution is seamless and can occur in minutes rather than days or weeks.

OUR STORY
CEDA has been empowering thousands of young women since 2011, and in 2019, CEDA will launch PLUS+. PLUS+ is the next-gen offering of the "Rising Stars Mentoring Program" which is our young women’s empowerment initiative that inspires and equips them with leadership, employment, vocational, entrepreneurship and social/life skills.

Our organization mentors youth and women to discover their life’s purposes, develop key leadership, vocational, entrepreneurship and life skills for a positive transition from school to work. Our fresh, bold and innovative programs in human capital development focus on inspiring, equipping youth and women with 21st Century Skills to enable them transform their thinking, take charge of their lives, lead change and make positive social impact in their communities.
